Utilities and Costs
Wyldecrest Parks are the electric and gas providers. Both are metered at your home, LPG is the gas. These are billed quarterly with a small administration charge for each.
You don’t pay and water or sewer rates. We have our own water supply and sewer plant. This is a flat charge per month of £20.26 per month.
If you were to add the site fees, council tax, gas, electric, water and sewage we estimate the cost to be around £450 per month.
We searched online & whichever way we tried – the biggest name which kept jumping at us was Saltmarshe Castle. We looked at it online & it looked very interesting.
We knew someone who lived on the park & they couldn’t recommend it enough. We then decided to visit the park.
